Little Toddler Dances In Heels To ‘Single Ladies’

This is, without a doubt, a brilliant performance. For a toddler to put on such a display in her mom’s high heels is nothing but pure amazement. The heartwarming clip shows a cute little toddler taking her talent up on the face of her favorite singer, Beyonce. She stands in front of the television while the Texas-born singer does her thing by blasting out her record hit, ‘Single Ladies’.
The little girl puts on a remarkable performance as she parades around in an adorable and talented way while putting on a pair of her mom’s high heels, perhaps to complete Bey’s video looks. The clip commences with the toddler giving a quick twist before moving closer to the television so as to study and copy Beyonce’s exact moves in a detailed manner.

With her confidence, she seems to be so used to the heels in a manner that would leave many grown up ladies jealous of her incredible agility. The six inch heels appear to be no problem to her as she shows off her sweet dance moves. Her dress code may not be up to the glamour of Beyonce, but her blue and white all-in-one still works perfectly for her and goes a long way in showing that she is definitely a fast learner.
She flawlessly swings from side to side while there appear to be moments that you would misjudge that the oversized high heels might be her downfall, but that doesn’t come to fruition as she maintains incredible balance. When Beyonce waves her hand to the lyrics, the toddler is not left behind as she also moves in the same way.
The video, which was posted by a Facebook group based in Brazil, has garnered more than 10 million views and shows just how amazing this little toddler is incredibly good at doing her thing, albeit in super-sized high heels.

Que gracinha. ^_^

This Irish Lad Can’t Say ‘Specifically’

His friend was left in stitches and rightly so. The man was asked to say one ‘specific’ English word, but failed in epic fashion. Forget crazy tongue twisters, this was just one word, but the poor lad couldn’t get it which led to his friend bursting out in laughter while recording this hilarious video. After the first fail, the man became even more frustrated as he tried over and over again, but failed to correctly say the word ‘specifically’.

Belfast lad attempts to say 'specifically'…This is absolutely hilarious!

Posted by Meanwhile in Ireland on Saturday, January 16, 2016

The video that has now been viewed more than 1.3 million times since it was shared and shows the Irish man known as Tommy trying to correctly pronounce the word for close to two minutes. While he appears to give it a shot to the best of his ability, Tommy just can’t seem to grasp it and is captured mispronouncing the word as ‘sepifically’ and ‘pacifically’ – making the one recording his trials to explode in a fit of laughter.

Sitting on a chair in the living room, Tommy is encouraged by his lady friend to say ‘specifically’, but shyly smiles to the camera and challenges the woman to say it first. He instead stutters on the first attempt saying ‘sepifically’ with the woman giggling from behind the camera. After further encouragement, Tommy gives it another try, but magnificently fails with every attempt. The friend is so awestruck and bursts in laughter to an extent that she cannot pronounce it herself.
Even though Tommy’s gaffe has now become an Internet joke, pronouncing the word is not as easy as it sounds as it was named on the list of the most challenging English-language words to pronounce in 2015, alongside phenomenon, brewery and squirrel.
Tommy is so frustrated that he even starts swearing, but he should take heart that he is not alone in this difficulty. There’s probably many out there who would struggle with some of these words, it’s only that he got his match in failing to pronounce ‘specifically’ and it was recorded on camera, making it pretty hilarious for everyone watching!

Facebook Brings Back Photo Of Baby Without Nose

Facebook is a gigantic organization and more often than not, they have a few blanket rules that control what users post on their Facebook page. Most of the time, these rules work and keep away mischief mongers while making sure that users have a good time on their platform. Sometimes though, some of these actions hurt the innocent. Of course, what’s important is that Facebook makes amends, and this time around, in the case of a little baby born without a nose, they did.
Timothy Eli Johnson is a one in a million (197 million to be exact) baby who was born without nasal or sinus cavities. In short, little Timothy was born without a nose. The fight in the little man and his family though, made sure that this minor impediment did not spoil anything.

When he was only five days old, Eli underwent a tracheotomy to make sure he lives his life as normal as possible. With him in this battle to live a life just like everyone else is his mom Brandi McGlathery.
To combat the high costs of Eli’s treatment, Brandi set up a page named ‘Eli’s Medical Fund’ on www.gofundme.com and the funds she has been receiving have already overtaken the initial goal by more than nine times! A humble $5000 was what she had aimed for and generous users have already donated more than $45,000!
In spite of all the positivity, Brandi has her fears and although the strong mom says her son is “the most beautiful boy I’ve ever laid my eyes on,” she does worry some in the world may not accept him. “My biggest fear for Eli is that the world won’t see him as the beautiful, brave little boy that I see him as,” she said.
Well, that fear of Brandi already reared its ugly head when Facebook – where a prolife group had shared the story and pictures of Eli to serve as an inspiration to others – were taken down by the social media platform, deeming them controversial.
Of course, it seemed that the matter had been dealt as per standard protocol without actual thought having gone into it, but there was no way a proud mother could simply stand by and watch this happen.
Brandi then took to the platform and wrote a post mentioning how upset she was over Facebook banning her little Eli’s photographs. “I posted the status with a link about it saying no one’s going to keep me from posting photos of my child. If I can see completely distasteful things on Facebook all day long, then I can post a picture of my son,” she said of her post.
Her post soon gained the attention of people from all over the world and within six hours, 30,000 users had shared the story, forcing Facebook to take a second look. Of course, once the people responsible saw the actual story, they immediately revoked their ban and Eli was back on Facebook again! “He was everywhere and he broke the Internet!” exclaimed a proud Brandi.

A Monkey Escaped And Had Fun In Orlando

A resident in Orlando, Florida, was literally treated to some monkey business when a monkey escaped from its owner’s home in the suburb. The cheeky monkey took things in his own hands and went on a hilarious rampage before the Sanford police were called to intervene.

In a rather comical way, the monkey known as Zeek, got out of its owner’s home and decided to indulge in a host of peculiar activities. At first, the monkey found it comfortable to sit on the neighbor’s mailbox, perhaps, thinking of its next move. Zeek then decided to open the mail box and eat the contents inside.
Getting even more worried, the neighbor decided to call for help from the police as Zeek was now taking his mischievous behavior to another level. When the officers arrived, Zeek took it in stride and jumped on the officers’ patrol car. It started removing the molding that was present on the car’s roof.

A few more pictures of Zeek inspecting our patrol vehicles 🙂

It was at this point that the police officers thought it wise to offer Zeek a bottle of water not as a ‘thank you’, but as a distraction so that it would not go on with its misdemeanor. Zeek wasn’t worried and was seen sitting on the curb, drinking water and having a little fun as the police would later report.

Shortly after 8:00 a.m., we received a call from a Sanford resident that lives in the Hidden Lakes subdivision

Zeek’s fun would not last however as the owner eventually arrived to take him back home. The incident, which occurred on Monday morning, was reported on the Sanford Police Facebook page.

Boy Cries Tears Of Joy After Reuniting With Lost Dog

Human beings are emotional creatures, but only those who are dead inside would not be moved by this heartwarming clip of a little boy being reunited with his lost dog. The pet dog named Kase had gone missing for a month and had left Khane Williams of Lubbock, Texas heartbroken. But when his beloved pet was found, his reaction in the video said it all.

Just wanted to share some good news! My sons puppy went missing about a month ago and we just found him. This is the…

Posted by Paula Williams on Friday, January 8, 2016

According to Khane’s mother, Paula, their dog had gone missing in December and she took it upon herself to ensure that her young son was reunited with his best friend. After several weeks of searching, she eventually discovered that Kase had been in custody of a family that lived nearby and had been so perfectly looked after since he disappeared from his home.

Having previously posted on Lost and Found Pets of Lubbock’s Facebook page, Paula felt it necessary to share the joy and heartwarming moment her boy reunited with the dog, and it has rightly gone viral. The half a minute clip begins with Paula telling her son that she has a surprise for him. Khane then walks slowly towards his mum. But when he sees his beloved dog Kase, Khane bursts into tears of joy and kneels down to warmly embrace the dog, who returns the favor to show by affectionately licking Khane’s adorable face while Khane says, “I missed you.”
Paula notes on her Facebook post, “I just wanted to share some good news! My son’s puppy went missing about a month ago and we just found him. This is the video of my son reuniting with his baby Kase.” Since the video was posted, it has gone viral with more than 6.4 million views and numerous comments from viewers who have been understandably touched by the clip.

Alexis Arquette Calls Out Will & Jada-Pinkett Smith

Alexis Arquette is a transgendered actress and she’s making shocking waves in celebrity circles after making explosive and controversial remarks in an epic Facebook rant about Hollywood big wigs Will Smith and Jada-Pinkett Smith for being what she termed ‘gay hypocrites’.

The now deleted Facebook post via mirror.co.uk

Arquette’s bombshell claim came a day after Jada-Pinkett’s controversial call for an Oscar boycott because she felt that there was lack of diversity among the nominees. However, Arquette seemed to have taken offense with these remarks by Jada-Pinkett and took it upon herself to lash out at Jada and her husband Will Smith. Arquette explosively claimed that Jada and Will are gay and their marriage is merely a sham.

Born Robert Arquette, the actress and gender rights activist said, “When Jada comes out as gay and her beard husband admits that his first marriage ended when she walked in on him servicing his Sugar Daddy Benny Medina… then I will listen to them.” Medina, who gave Will his first major break on TV with The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, is a powerful Hollywood manager who has worked with Will as well as other famous stars such as Tyra Banks and Jennifer Lopez.
Arquette who has appeared in various movies including Pulp Fiction and Last Exit to Brooklyn drives her point home in her Facebook rant by saying, “Will threw a fit on the set of Six Degrees of Separation when he was required by the scene to kiss Anthony Rapp. He persuaded the director to shoot the back of his head in frame, blocking the nonexistent lip lock entirely. F***k him. Gays have enemies. They lurk in glided closets. Outing is healthy. You are either with us or against us. You decide.”
Whether Arquette has revealed an enormous skeleton from Jada and Will’s closet remains to be seen. Jada and Will are yet to respond to these scathing allegations.

On The 7th Anniversary Of Jett Travolta’s Death…

Losing a child is surely one of the most difficult and unfortunate journeys a human being has to live through in life, and although most parents experience the joy of seeing their children grow up and even become parents themselves, some are forced to go through the heartbreak of seeing the death of their child.

John Travolta is one among those who have had to face the extreme misfortune of losing a child, having lost his son Jett Travolta when the boy was only 16. The tragedy happened on January 2nd, 2009, when the boy suffered a seizure in the bathtub while on a family vacation in the Bahamas. This caused him to hit his head while in the bathtub which would lead to his eventual death.
If Jett had to lived with his medical complications related to autism and avoided the seizure, he would have been a young man of the age of 23 today.
On Jett’s seventh death anniversary, on January 13th, Travolta posted a heartfelt message on one of his fan pages on Facebook, and although the legitimacy of this message is certainly questionable, the message certainly seems like it could have come from a bereaved father. In spite of the fact that the message’s authenticity is debatable – the post has since been removed from the page as well – the message itself is certainly a life lesson.

Whether this message has directly come from Travolta or not, it surely has some words of advice that hits the heart. So take the words as they are and cherish those around you’ll never know what might happen

Facebook And Google Creating Virtual Assistants

The battle for creating the ultimate virtual AI-powered assistant is heating up. Tech giants such as Google, Facebook, and Microsoft have all been working hard to make the next big breakthrough in AI. This would probably come in the form of a virtual assistant that can make minute, mundane tasks easier to handle. Living in the digital world is easier if we don’t have to deal with boring tasks. Virtual assistants will help ease these growing pains.
The human digital experience is facing a data overload. All of us have to deal with overflowing email inboxes, long to-do lists, work schedules, and tasks that seem impossible to organize without giving yourself a migraine. Our ancestors had simple lives; their agrarian life involved a handful of people and seasons. Our social circuitry could handle these demands and we still largely possess the same brain. However, technology has outpaced evolution and brought us to the brink of our information handling capacity. We need help, so we turn to AI and virtual assistants.
Two press releases came out recently from technology front-runners, Google and Facebook, and they have given a glimpse into their efforts to create the perfect virtual assistant of the future. Without much fanfare, Google revealed a new Gmail inbox feature called ‘Smart Reply.’ This aims to generate an intelligent, but automated reply to common emails that Gmail subscribers receive.

Google has been long pushing AI and semantic understanding to advanced levels. Their interest in this endeavor was proven when they launched the 2013 update to their search algorithm (called ‘Hummingbird’) and this change allowed Google to grasp the intended meaning behind a search query rather than the old method which simply considered queries a bunch of strings. The hiring of Ray Kurzweil, one of the foremost AI experts and speech recognition pioneers, played an important part in Google’s strategy.

Google’s approach to AI affects how it develops its virtual assistant, they focus on understanding human speech patterns and their meaning. This is a natural progression for the search engine giant. It must have realized that every email can be treated like a search query and can be analyzed. Communicating with someone means we are seeking information; it is basically querying. Since Google has a wealth of email data stored, it can simply generate a response to an email as well.
This opens up some philosophical questions and curious scenarios, but it will no doubt help ease our workload. Are we giving over too much power to machines? What happens if automated mails are replied to by automated generated replies? Will entire conversations happen without human intervention?
On the other hand, Facebook has opted for a different avenue when it comes to developing a virtual assistant. They are also interested in natural language processing and related aspects, but they have more visual data and their focus is on image processing.

Recent developments provide indications on how Facebook might go about developing their virtual assistant. A recent publication has studied how the ability of their AI makes inferences about a visual scene based on physics. For example, trying to understand if a stack of blocks are stable – and if they fall, when will they fall? The other study focuses on scene recognition from visual signals found in photographs. They are looking to develop algorithms that will accurately tell them what the photo contains.
These indications show that Facebook’s virtual assistant will benefit from enhanced vision capabilities and will be able to make sense of visual stimuli. This scene recognition holds immense promise in the field of robotics as well. Robots will be able to maneuver and understand complex environments such as homes, hospitals, and rough terrain. The visual and language aspects are both important if machines are to understand the world.
With these major companies focusing on advancing AI research, major developments are likely to be made. The future seems to resemble a science fiction novel and AI offers powerful solutions that will prove game-changing for the tech market and life-changing for the consumer. There is hope that we might soon see a capable virtual assistant soon.

He Sent Millions Of Spam Messages On Facebook

Sanford Wallace, the infamous Facebook “SPAM KING” has recently pleaded guilty for eleven charges against him which included fraudulence and criminal contempt. Sanford Wallace admitted to have hacked approximately 500,000 Facebook accounts. He was reported for abusing those accounts by sending more than 27 million unsought messages through Facebook servers.
As published in the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s press release in August 2011, Wallace allegedly accessed Facebook’s network account thrice. First, from November 5th, 2008 to November 6th 2008, second on December 8th, 2008, and the lastly on February 17th, 2009. During the times when he hacked into the database, he sent millions of spam messages to Facebook users through other accounts.
The unsolicited messages had a link attached to them which would direct Facebook users to another website. It has been said that Wallace profited by sending the traffic to the website which paid Wallace his share for directing the traffic to their website.

In 2009, Facebook filed a lawsuit against Sanford Wallace after tracking the unsolicited messages. Wallace was proscribed from using Facebook at all costs and under any circumstances. However, later on, it was found that Wallace succeeded in making another account on Facebook under the pseudonym of “David Sinful-Saturdays Fredericks.”
Wallace was again found using Facebook through his other ID from January 26th, 2011, to February 16th, 2011, which was against court orders.
Again in July 2011, the “Spam King” of Facebook was arraigned for several federal charges which included fraud, criminal contempt, and illegally and intentionally damaging a protected computer.

Attorney Melinda Haag of the United States of America confirmed of the Spam King surrendering to the authorities on the 4th of August, 2011. Wallace now faces three years of imprisonment along with a $250,000 fine.
Wallace’s illegitimate acts date back to the 1990s when he was accused of using facsimile machines to distribute unsolicited flyers. He also founded Cyber Promotions which rapidly made to the list of the most successful distributors of marketing via email.
Starting from the late 1990s, Wallace’s name can found in several of the lawsuits which were filed against him by social media sites, Internet service providers, and the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
The 2009 lawsuit which was filed by the Facebook, Wallace was charged with a $711 million dollar fine for the damages he did, however, as the defendant filed bankruptcy, there were little chances of collecting the fine from him. As confirmed by the officials, Sanford has been pleaded guilty to all of the federal charges against him.

Facebook Plans To Test A New Shopping Experience

Facebook, the new soul of our social lives, is now testing a new section in its smartphone app that allows customers to browse a retail section through a shopping news feed to view products and sales – and even make purchases. This is the latest foray for Facebook in their dabble into e-commerce.
It’s now an undeniable fact that people use their devices to stay online daily, and mostly on their smartphone devices. Shopping online and on the go is the new trend in convenience, however, you may experience slow page load times and require to pass many pages to get to the checkout page (finally!) causing frustration at the consumers’ end. Facebook is trying to make this mobile purchasing experience smoother and easier by bringing a some improvements in its smartphone app.

While the platform was basically started to connect with friends and family, it has evolved into a mega connectivity platform including products, celebrities, discount deals, and brands. Maximizing on this connectivity, in the upcoming “shop section,” users will be able to view the products offered by retailers directly on their Official Pages without leaving the app to go to a website. Facebook says the new shopping section will allow retailers to place their products at the front of their Pages and generate more word of mouth and sales.

Viewing the products directly on the Facebook app eliminates critical stages that consumers consider hindrances such as closing the app and waiting for the website images on the site to load. Taking this concept one step further, Facebook has also begun testing a purchasing section which will aim to be a single online market for customers to easily find, share, and buy products.
This new shopping feed is something like a home feed and is (for now) only being started with a selected number of United States businesses who are also testing the Shop section which was added onto their Official Product Pages. The products these retailers show in their Shop section will also appear on the new shopping feed, thus creating more word of mouth as well as alerting shoppers to newer brands that match their requirements.

As an added measure, Facebook has also started updating the carousel ads brought about last year. Currently, these mobile ads allow advertisers the flexibility to show numerous images and direct links in a single ad, promoting more than one product per ad. The update, however, will feature full screen images of the brand’s website and will bear the ability to purchase products directly from the ad as well.
The steps defined above, are just some of the steps taken by Facebook towards its expansion into e-commerce. Facebook has already announced testing of in-app purchase buttons that will allow consumers to make buying directly via the retailers’ Official Pages. Collectively with the new updated Product Pages, this will now allow an easier approach to discovering a new product, browsing other options as well as making a purchase or take a poll on your status to find the best fit for yourself.

Zuckerberg Will Fix Annoying Facebook Game Invites

We’ve all been there right? You’re on your phone or computer, and you notice you’ve gotten a new notification from Facebook. Great! Did you get a like on your latest picture? Someone made a comment on a link you shared? Could it finally be a friend trying to get in touch? Nope. It’s someone sending another Candy Crush invite.
If you’re tired of these invites, guess what? You’re not alone! In fact, the problem is so rampant that Facebook’s CEO Mark Zuckerberg even addressed that matter at a town hall meeting at the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi. He was asked a question when it was time for some Q&A about the platform’s annoying game notifications.

As NBC News reported, Zuckerberg started by saying, “See, so this is where these town hall Q&A’s are really useful.” He then went on to say, “I actually saw this question, it was the top-voted question on my thread. There are some tools that are kind of outdated that allow people to send invitations to people who’ve never used a game, who have gotten invitations in the past, but don’t play games on Facebook.”
While the issue was known, the 31-year old and his team just had other things to worry about. “We hadn’t prioritized shutting that down, we just had other priorities,” he continued. “But if this is the top thing that people care about, we’ll prioritize that and do it. So we’re doing it!”
The statement was met with an emphatic applause.

We just wrapped up our Townhall Q&A in Delhi!People asked great questions about how we can connect everyone in India…
